2300 units: Mindray wins a large order in the United States

On January 11, 2024, Mindray announced a five-year agreement with WakeMed Health & Hospitals (WakeMed), North Carolina, the 970-bed healthcare system, which has selected Mindray monitors for three of its hospitals. Including Mindray BeneVision Central Monitoring System (DMS) and BeneVision N series monitors.

As part of the agreement, approximately 2,300 monitoring devices, covering all acuity levels, will be installed at WakeMed's emergency and inpatient facilities to help evaluate and facilitate patient care, monitor changes in patient vital signs and condition in real time, and provide a seamless data integration facility during patient transport.

                                                           01 BeneVision N Series

                                                                 "The first ever"

BeneVision N Series monitors consist of six monitors with the same user interface. It allows healthcare organizations to select the ideal display size and parametric functionality, putting accurate, relevant data at their fingertips. As the first patient monitoring platform ever to incorporate capacitive touch screen technology in all of its monitors, its unique multi-gesture touch and sliding controls, like smart devices, allow clinicians to reduce clinical review, analysis and mapping time, resulting in increased efficiency and driving positive patient outcomes.

Through the graphical display of complex data, BeneVision N series monitoring solutions enable more medical staff to "understand" patients, break the differences in information cognition and judgment among medical staff, and reduce the errors caused by asynchronous information acquisition or human factors. Young medical staff can also provide patients with accurate and efficient medical services more calmly and confidently.

                                                   02 BeneVision DMS

Mindray's BeneVision DMS provides continuous, real-time access and monitoring to large and small healthcare networks and integrates and displays patient information from connected bedside monitors, vital signs monitors, wireless delivery solutions and telemetry transmitters, supporting up to 1,200 devices across the enterprise, locally and remotely. BeneVision DMS enables clinicians to observe, manage, and document a patient's condition to support high-quality, patient-centered care from admission to discharge.

The BeneVision Central Monitoring system evolved from a centralized monitoring center to a distributed, patient-centered monitoring system that provides five related system components - a central station, workstations, viewing stations, CMS Viewer, and Mobile Viewer. These components can be used flexibly to build a monitoring system that meets the needs of different departments and even the whole hospital.

The BeneVision Central monitoring system can view not only the monitor data, but also the data of other devices connected to the monitor via BeneLink. By selecting different system components, comprehensive patient data can be obtained at any time and anywhere, such as at nurses' stations, hallways, offices, etc. In addition, the intuitive and user-friendly interface of the BeneVision Central monitoring system and support for capacitive touch screens make operation faster and learning easier.

The BeneVision Central Monitoring system provides a variety of patient data review tools to help quickly track patient status, as well as comparative review capabilities to simultaneously view patient data in different ways. In addition, providing professional clinical assistance applications can help make clinical decisions faster and easier.
